Shipping
At Hypermart, we strive to ensure that your purchase arrives on time and in perfect condition. We offer two types of shipping:
- U.S. Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Returns
At Hypermart, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.
